Refund and Returns Policy

At DialaBridal.com, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy is here to guide you through the process smoothly and fairly.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, in the original condition with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized bridal dresses and accessories are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@dialabridal.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
